This Privacy Policy explains how Operatech Contract Manager (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.
1. Information you enter into the App
The App lets users manage business information such as contracts, partners, payment schedules, receivables, notes, and related records. Information entered by the user is intended to be processed and stored locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, share, back up, or otherwise transmit that information using device or third-party functions.
2. Files and exports
If the App allows users to import or export files, those files are accessed only as needed to perform the requested function. Exported files remain under the user's control and may be stored or shared using apps and services selected by the user.
3. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may collect or process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, advertising interactions, diagnostics, and other data as described in Google's policies, for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and analytics.
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, the App may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another Google-certified consent mechanism to request and manage privacy choices before eligible personalized advertising is shown.
4. Third-party services
The App may use Google services such as Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform. These services operate under their own privacy terms and policies.
5. Developer servers and accounts
The App is designed so that normal contract-management data does not need to be uploaded to an Operatech server. If a future version introduces account-based cloud services, synchronization, or server-side storage, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when those features are made available.
6. Data retention and deletion
Locally stored App data remains on the user's device until the user deletes the relevant records, clears the App's storage, removes exported files, or uninstalls the App, subject to the behavior of the Android operating system and any backup service enabled by the user.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended as a business/productivity tool and is not designed specifically for children. Users should select an appropriate target audience and content rating in the applicable app store.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures appropriate to the App's design. However, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their device, exported files, backups, and any information they choose to share.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party SDKs, legal requirements, or store policies. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
